Description

With a simple and handy CNC command and rugged and accurate mechanics, this line of machines allows production of simple and complex coils with a good yield. 

Front operation in 5 axes turns these models into an alternative for the coil production with low manpower. The DMB 5000 is appropriate for multi-layer high-speed windings or multi-tap coils with variable geometry coils. The DMB 5020, with a higher torque, produces larger coils, with heavier gauge wires.

This equipment is ideal for companies requiring a quick setup and medium to large-scale production.

  • CNC winder with 2 degrees of freedom which controls the main and guide spindle;
  • Programming has many features for the execution of complex coils, with taps, variable geometry, separated by sections;
  • Spool speed, acceleration and geometry can be altered during winding;
  • It control accessories like hot air guns or compressed air tools;
  • Programs may be developed, read and stored in the PC through RS-232 port.
