Toroidal Winding Machine
XDMB 4000 CNC has basically the same programming and driving features of the other DIGMOTOR's CNC machines.
This machine allows the execution of toroidal core coils.
It has a simple and flexible CNC control joined with rugged and accurate mechanics.
Toroidal core holding base spins allowing wire advance. The operator changes the cores, does the wire cutting, and starts the operation.
- The CNC command controls main axis (shuttle) and guide axis;
- The program has many features for the execution of complex coils, with taps, variable geometry, dual wire and three wire coils winding.
- Spool speed, acceleration and geometry can be altered during operation;
- Programs may be developed, read and stored in a PC through serial RS-232 port.
