Terminal Soldering Machine
This equipment is adequate for a joint work with one or more winding machines. Its function is to solder the ready coils terminals.
A programmable linear XY system moves a bar with the spools and performs: load positioning, fluxing, cleaning and soldering.
Parameters such as soldering time, temperature and coordinates are programmable.
Programs for the several spools can be memory-stored. RS-232 Serial link allows storing programs in a PC.
The machine detects flux and solder levels automatically, updating the coordinates during the operation.
Machine framework is compact, rugged with an acrylic cover. It has its own lighting and a gas exhaust system.
