Winding Machine for Aluminum or Copper Foils H.V.
It is a heavy equipment for the production of coils with epoxy insulation for dry type transformers.
It has a simple and flexible CNC control joined with strong and accurate mechanics.
It winds simultaneously aluminum foil and polyester film.
- CNC command controls main axis (spindle) and guide axis (optional);
- The program has many features for the execution of complex coils with multiple taps and variable geometry;

| Foil Dereeler |  Dereeler for aluminum foil roll used in encapsulated coils. It has a brake for feeding control and a motor for positioning the roll in order to help the machine´s setup and the winding beginning. It allows rolls up to 1 meter of diameter and 100kg of weight. The thickness of the aluminum foil might be from 0,2mm to 1,5mm and its width can vary from 20mm to 200mm. |

| Software |  The DMB-1035 control software is powerful and simple to operate. Created under Windows environment it easily allows the operator to establish the coils characteristics and to specify the operations during the winding. Software is compound basically of four parts: System, Program, Configuration and Statistic. In the System the operator finishes the operation or changes the user. In the Program the operator will be able to create programs, insert commands in the programs already created, execute programs, and make "backups".
 A program is created through the use of icons that dragged in sequence establish the characteristics of the coils and forms the process stages. Among these stages there are: end speed and initial, final and initial acceleration, number of turns and drive of the diverse sets like brush, feeding, deburring device and tension. In the Configuration the operator determines the access levels of each user, informs the characteristics of each motor and determines the types of shutdowns (reasons for operation interruption). In the Statistic the operator has access to machine production information like: quantity of produced coils, production by operator, run-down times and their reasons, production times and time awaiting commands entry. |
