With a state-of-the-art conception, this equipment has a powerful and flexible CNC control allied to rugged and accurate mechanics. It produces coils in 6, 8, or 12 spindles per cycle, with wire diameters ranging from 0.05 to 1.0 mm. The machine wraps the terminals and cuts the wires. The operator only has to unload the produced coils and load the empty spools into a load bar. Machine feeds spools in few seconds.

Optional features allow: two-wire operation, axial terminals wrapping, automatic wire cutting, automatic changing of wire diameter, taping, spool support in multiple points, wire stripping and skeining.

This equipment is ideal for companies requiring a quick setup in medium to large production volumes.
